Been searching for a (long-term) handyman for some time and Osh was exactly the person: he's actually invested in doing the job right, genuinely happy to help wherever he can, and answered all my questions thoughtfully. The services I had done: stacking washer and dryer machines, replacing soffit vents (under the roof edge), installing smoke detectors, and diagnosing the cause of my leaky bathroom faucet and informing me of the exact replacement part to order.

JDI Contracting removed existing bathroom vanities and installed new ones They removed and replaced bathroom mirrors, faucets and light fixtures. All the work was done in a professional manner, and it was done beautifully. The workman worked steadily and carefully, and he checked with us to ensure things were being placed correctly. JDI Contracting is a 12 on a scale of 1 - 10! Joel responded to my inquiry right away and was very gracious when I added additional repairs! First, they arrived on time. They removed 4 large TV mounts, repaired the holes and went to Home Depot to get us nice tv stands to put the tvs on. The walls looked like there were never any holes there at all!!Very nice work. They were friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. And they were gracious with our two dogs. It was nice that they cleaned up afterwards which was awesome. I will call them again next time I need some work done and you should too!!

Joel and his team did an awesome job on our roof. The whole project took about 3days and everything went smoothly. He was easy to get ahold of, responded super quick, and kept us in the loop the whole time which I appreciated. Super friendly and professional crew, and it was right in budget. We would definitely recommend them!

Joel Denenny is the founder of JDI Contracting, a licensed, bonded, and insured general contracting company based in Spokane Valley, Washington.

With over two decades of hands-on experience in residential construction and renovation, Joel built JDI Contracting on the foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and client-focused service.

Under his leadership, the company has earned a reputation for coordinating high-quality remodels, additions, and new construction projects.

After successfully serving the greater Spokane region, JDI is now expanding to western Washington (Snohomish and Skagit counties).

Joel brings a detail-oriented approach to every project, ensuring each client’s vision is brought to life with precision and care.

GREG EDGECOMB

Greg is a seasoned master carpenter and integral member of the JDI Contracting team.

With decades of experience in framing, finish carpentry, and complex structural work, Greg brings a level of precision and craftsmanship that defines JDI’s standard of excellence.

Known for his problem-solving mindset and deep knowledge of building systems, Greg has collaborated closely with founder Joel Denenny on high-end remodels, custom homes, and unique structural builds throughout the Spokane region.
